Discrepancies, (shortages, overages, incorrect items etc.), with shipments must be reported to Griffin Logistics no later than 10 days from date of shipment. Griffin Logistics will not be held responsible for discrepancies after this period. Returns will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. Items must be unused and unopened. Griffin Logistics will not accept sterile items for return or exchange.

Payments in excess of 30 days are subject to interest charges of .05% per day (1.5% per month). In event this account is placed in collection or other legal action, the customer shall be responsible for all Griffin Logistic costs and expenses including but not limited to Griffin Logistic’s reasonable attorney fees.
